 Preparation method (the original Turkish method)
 Put 3 tablespoons of tea in the small teapot.
 
 
 Add hot water over the tea (do not boil it directly).
 
 
 Fill the large kettle with water and bring it to a boil.
 
 
 Place the smaller refrigerator on top of the larger one for 10–15 minutes .
 
 
 Pour in concentrated tea + add hot water to taste (light/medium/heavy).

 The best taste with or without sugar, as desired.
