 Preparation method (the original Turkish method)
 Put 2–3 tablespoons of tea in the small teapot.
 
 
 Add a little hot water to cover it.
 
 
 Fill the large kettle with water and bring it to a boil.
 
 
 Place the small refrigerator on top of it for 10–15 minutes .
 
 
 Pour the concentrated tea into the cup, and add hot water to taste (light/medium/heavy).

 It can be drunk with or without sugar.
