 Preparation method (the original Turkish method)
 Put 2–3 tablespoons of tea in the small teapot.
 
 
 Add a little hot water to moisten it.
 
 
 Fill the large kettle with water and bring it to a boil.
 
 
 Place the smaller refrigerator on top of the larger one for 10–15 minutes .
 
 
 Pour in the concentrated tea and add hot water to taste.
