After shampooing, apply the conditioner to clean, wet hair.
 
 
Focus on mid-lengths to ends, especially on damaged areas.
 
 
Leave it on for 5 minutes to allow the hair to absorb the nutrients.
 
 
Rinse thoroughly with water.

Can be used daily or as needed, depending on the hair’s condition.
