At Majda Beauty, we always strive to provide a safe and satisfying shopping experience for all our customers.
Please read the return policy carefully before completing your order.

❌ Non-returnable products

For health and safety reasons:
Cosmetic and personal care products cannot be returned if they have been opened or used.

🛑 Damaged, incorrect, or missing products

If the product arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, the customer must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

We may request one of the following:

  • A video of the unboxing process

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

🔄 Conditions for accepting returns

Returns are accepted only after approval from our support team.
The following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original packaging

  • Unopened

  • Unused

Under no circumstances can opened or used products be returned.

🚚 Shipping costs

  • If the mistake is from our store → Majda Beauty covers the shipping and return costs.

  • If the customer wants to return the product without any error from our side → Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
